Job Description:

The incumbent serves as a position budget manager. Coordinator will be responsible for updating, carrying out, and upholding the position review process along with guidance for position budget management. They will provide an advanced level of knowledge in FTE management and creation of staffing plans to support organizational goals. Incumbent will support managers, directors, senior directors, and VPs throughout Kaleida Health on FTE and position related questions. In addition, they maintain labor performance metrics, FTE budgeting, continual education to the management team and support of staffing decisions and contractual bargaining practices. They will be responsible for acting in place of their supervisor, in their absence. Collaborate with Human Resources.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Healthcare Management or Business related field required. MBA preferred. 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare setting required. 1 year of experience in FTE management preferred.

Salary Range:

$67,938-$93,414.75 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
