Job Description:

Responsible for daily operations of the Materials Management as it pertains to med/surg supplies and the storeroom. Assists the Materials Manager and Director, Materials Management in administering the budget.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Associated degree or Certificate in related field is required. 3 years of related experience in the field of Healthcare or Supply-chain experience is preferred. 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate a professional level of computer competency and leadership of supervising a staff. Must be able to use MS Word and MS Excel programs. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to assess situations and derive solutions through communications and action. Must be able to prioritize tasks and objectives. This person should have a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the organization’s mission.
