Job Description:
Under the direction of the Manager or Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing a welcoming first impression of Kaleida Health's services. Greets, schedules and registers patients. Insures that all financial, insurance and patient demographic information is accurate and verified.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
HS diploma or GED. One year clerical experience preferably in a health care setting required. Effective communication skills. Must successfully complete the data entry, PC and clerical skills assessments. Medical terminology preferred. Must be able to operate general office equipment.

Salary Range:
$18.63-$27.75 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
