In compensation, drives the design, development, and delivery of broad-based compensation strategies and programs that attract, reward and retain talent and drive business performance. Takes a leadership role in managing executive compensation. In workforce analytics, builds a best-in-class function that partners with leaders to ask the right questions and use workforce analytics to drive decision making.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BS - Bachelor of Science in Management, Human Resources, Education or related area required. MA - master's in Management, Human Resources, Education or related area preferred. 10 years of Human Resources experience required. 5 years of Compensation experience required. 5 years of experience in Leadership and management required.
