Job Description:
Under the direction of the Supervisor (Manager)of Clinical Information, this position processes and maintains clinical record documents and clinical records filing from the point of admission through discharge, and processes requests for clinical record information from outside parties.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required. 1 year of previous clerical experience and filing skills are required. 1 year of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Email, Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

8:00AM-4:30PM M-F with Week-end and Holiday Rotation.
Salary Range:
$18.88-$26.04 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
