Job Description:

To ensure that the Pharmacy services, including infusion therapy, are provided by a Registered Pharmacist. Expected to maintain compliance with existing State and Federal laws and in accordance to the operational policies and procedures of VNA Home Care Services. Assist in monitoring regulatory performance and compliance to federal, state and pharmacy industry standards and regulations.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BS - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. PHARMD - Doctor of Pharmacy preferred. 1 year of experience in the field of pharmacy preparation for large volume parenterals/enterals and I.V. products preferred. Home parenteral/enteral pharmacy experience also preferred. Pharmacist required upon hire. Pharmacist Immunization required upon hire.

Salary Range:

$64.32-$80.24 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
